Q:  What are the advantages of reserving the puppy versus paying the full adoption fee right away?
A: Reserving your puppy gives you time to come meet the puppy in person ensuring that it’s the right puppy for you.  We aim to help find the “just right” home for our puppies and the best fit for you.  No one else can reserve or adopt the puppy your interested in while your reservation is active.

Reserving your new addition also gives you time to prepare for your puppy’s homecoming.  It gives you time to make plans for picking up your puppy or making delivery arrangements.  We will keep your puppy happy and healthy until your ready to bring him/her home.

Q:  Do I have to reserve a puppy before I can meet a puppy(s)?
A:  No.  You can either pick out a few puppies to visit with or if you know which puppy you want you can reserve that puppy. 

Q:  How do I visit with a puppy(s)?
A:  Give us a call or send us an email and schedule a visit.  NOTE:  All visits are by appointment only.

Q:  How long does the reservation fee hold the puppy for?
A:  Your $199.00 reservation fee will hold your puppy for up to two weeks after the puppy’s available for adoption date.

Q:  What if I need more time to prepare for my puppy’s homecoming?
A:  We fully support doing what is best for your new puppy.  Maybe you’re going on vacation soon and it would be best to wait until you get back.  That’s okay!  We can hold onto your puppy for an additional reservation fee of $100.00 per week.

Q:  Are the reservation fees added to the cost of the puppy?
A:  NO.  All reservation fees are deducted from the total adoption fee.  There are no additional costs for you to reserve your puppy.

Q:  What happens if I decide that right now isn’t the best time to adopt a puppy, do I get my reservation fees back?
A:  All reservation fees are non-refundable.  We put our best efforts into finding the perfect homes for our puppies.  While we held your puppy for you, other opportunities with other families have potential passed by.  The puppies still eat and need care and the non-refundable fees contribute to the continued needs of the puppies.  That way we can still take the best of care for our puppies and the time needed to find the right home.  We do appreciate when people know their limits and are willing to change their mind for what’s best.  When you are ready, let us know and we will work to help you chose the right puppy for you.
