For more than 20 years, our nursery has been dedicated to nurturing Maltipoo puppies for people in Kalamazoo! We are Michigan Puppy and we love finding homes in Kalamazoo for the cute, fluffy, non-shedding Maltipoo puppies we raise! We raise them all at our homestead in central Michigan which is about an hour-and-a-half-hour drive from Kalamazoo MI. We’ve found homes for a number of our Maltipoos in Kalamazoo and would love to find homes for more.
Our family has been raising puppies since 2004. We love it! By we, I mean myself, my wife, our four children, and the puppies. My wife and I love it because it’s something we can do together. Our kids love it because they get to play with super-cute puppies every single day and the puppies love it because, well, puppies love to be played with!
Maltipoo… that’s such a cute name for a puppy breed! Sometimes it’s also spelled as Multipoo, Maltepoo, or Maltapoo. You get a Maltipoo by breeding a Maltese and a Miniature Poodle which gives you the best of both breeds. Maltipoos usually come in at around 8-14 inches tall at the shoulder and generally weigh 8-10 pounds. They are happy little guys and very playful, staying almost puppy-like well into their older years. This makes them great family dogs.
Maltipoos are also generally easy to train and good with people. Given their size they are also a perfect fit for living in condos, apartments, or homes with small yards. Maltipoos are well suited for life in the great city of Kalamazoo. Whether you live in Portage, Oshtemo, Texas Township, Kalamazoo Township, Comstock Township, Richland, Parchment, Schoolcraft, Vicksburg, Mattawan, or any of the other Kalamazoo neighborhoods, our Maltipoo puppies will do well and bring joy to your family.
