MI Puppy was great to deal with from our first meeting to picking up our Morkie. I loved the email/text reminders for each appointment. I had a lot of questions about the differences between the types of breed mixes, and Summer was great at explaining each one. I liked that she has so many dogs of her own and was able to point out the positive/negative traits of each from personal experience. She also gave training/feeding/grooming tips as I asked questions, and her passion for animals was evident. Herman called several times as well to explain a vet procedure our pup had done, to confirm which pups we were meeting, and then to ask how things went. I was honestly quite wary of the large scale breeding that they do, but seeing that they are licensed by the state and county and inspected regularly helped us feel better about that. Summer was very open with explaining their operation, number of dogs, etc, when asked, and I could tell that she is very fond of Herman and his family. The paperwork and packet you receive is extremely thorough as well. So far Ellie is a very happy, healthy little pup, sleeping in a crate at night and pottying outside without issues. This tiny little 2-pound bean can even go up and down our deck stairs already – we were amazed! Thank you, MI Puppy!
